Self-builders and homeowners looking to refurbish and renovate can come and speak to us about how to add value and kerb appeal by visiting Stand E204, Homebuilding and Renovating Show, 22nd-25th March, NEC Birmingham. Whether your project is renovation, restoration or new build, we have the widest range of traditional handmade, wirecut, pressed and reclamation bricks from a single supplier in the UK.
The latest products within the range will be on show, including the Heritage Soft Orange, 3” Reclamation Handmade, Restoration Waterstruck and the new Heritage range of lime mortars. Brick tinting demonstrations will also take place, and visitors are welcome to bring plans and photos for our experts to review.
Jason Hughes, Managing Director, comments: “Our full range of over 50 bricks with many available as brick slips, and in both imperial and metric sizes means that wherever your project is based Imperial will have a regional variety to match”.
Ruth Hughes, Specification Manager at Imperial will also be delivering a Masterclass on Friday 23rd March at 10:30, on how to choose the right brick for your renovation, extension or new build project at the event.
Imperial Bricks’ Heritage lime mortar, developed in partnership with Limetec, will also be on display. Lime mortar is the ideal solution for handmade bricks, thanks to its attractive finish and appearance, as well as unique advantageous properties over cement. The Heritage range includes options for specific conservation areas, such as Cotswold, Cambridge Dark Grey and Traditional London.
Visitors are encouraged to take advantage of Imperial Bricks expertise, with technical advice and guidance available, as well as a free brick-matching service. Brick tinting demonstrations, show how newer bricks and mortar can be treated to blend indistinguishably with original brickwork, when a suitable match isn’t available or remedial work is required on site after construction.
