Forming part of an extensive scope of works by Network Rail, the replacement of the railway bridge over the Lea Navigation in Tottenham required a sensitive approach.
Whilst the materials selected had to complement the local colour palette, the newly constructed areas were required to be clearly distinguishable from the existing weathered London Stock structures, which formed the basis of so much of London’s early transport infrastructure.
